When the management of the St. Ives Hotel decided to update their brand image, marketing literature and web prescence, Quentin James Design came highly recommended. Our vast experience in the hotel and leisure sector was an invaluable resource for the St. Ives team to draw upon.
The initial phase of the re-branding began with the design, development and implementation of a new website. The website was built using our own content management system (CMS) which reduced the development time and would allow the hotel reservations team to update the website in-house. Alongside the Content Management System (CMS) we delivered a bespoke training package to the reservations team allowing them to pro-actively manage their online offers and booking status in-house.
Using our expert knowledge and search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques the St. Ives Hotel website now ranks in the Top Ten of many leading search engines, including Google, Bing and Yahoo.
Following on from the success of the website we were then asked to lead the development of a new range of marketing literature including hotel brochure and tariff insert. This was a 'ground up' project which required the commissioning of photography and copywriting, specialist trades which we contracted out via our network of tried and trusted professional contributors.
